Unable to place a FastCGI

1.‍FastCGI Error

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

Error Details:

Unable to place a FastCGI process in a JobObject. Try disable the Application Pool CPU Limit feature ‍
Error Number: 5 (0x80070005).
Error Description: 禁止运行
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

根据上面的出错提示找到了原因，原来我在应用程序池中启用了CPU监视，‍FASTCGI模式不支持CPU监视，禁用CPU监视后就正常了。

解决办法：给users对php目录读取和运行的权限。
